Greetings all, hope all is well. Here is my Oaxaca leaning Purple Mexican. She went 70 days so not quite what she could have, I'd say a week or so longer. Final smell is a mix of Honey and Cat piss or when a male cat sprays. It really is the oddest smelling plant I have ever come a crossed. Thanks Cannabiogen for releasing her I can't wait to run the other 9 I have. Pheno hunt in a few months. I will update this same thread with the other 9 when the time comes. Smoke report as soon as I have the pleasure of smoking her.

Wow beautiful lady Dr. King, I'm growing 3 of them at first they looked very PCK now they expressed the Oaxaca 79' sativa side and they are getting covered with crystals at 31 days, they smell strong lemony incience.

thanx for the report on this. It's one of the ones i've been wanting to pick up. Honey and male cat spray .... 1/2 the phenos in my shiskaberry findings lean this way. They confuse me with the sharp smell of not quite ripe mango as well.... but honey and male catpiss spray..... DJ used a mexican in the blueberry, which breeder steve put into the afghan to make shiskaberry. It is an odd odour indeed and i often have wondered to what parental gene it owes that odor to. I've always assumed a dank rank afghan but with this thread I am beginning to wonder. I'm off to source some beans, Thanks again for posting

Thanks all for the positive vibes. The smell has changed quite a lot now after 3 days of drying. Now it smells like sweet and sour cat piss. It is by far the hardest strain of genetics I have ever had to try to describe. None of my family members can pin down a smell on her. I can't wait till I can run some lab tests on the next beans. I just hope I can find another Oaxaca leaning pheno. Smoke report as soon as she's dry. Good luck to you in your hunt for some Purple Mexican.

i grew out a hashberry x sleestack hybrid that had some strong
ammonia terps on the sleestack leaning one. i thought dead on "cat piss" with some eucalyptus and mint in the background, but others told me it tasted just like liverwurst, go figure.

Hi Dr. King 2 of the 3 PM have that catpiss smell and one like citric fruity sweet candy 8 weeks going to 9 weeks 11/13 really nice genetics, they are fox tailing a lot , love this plants too.
