so .... the story is that i sendet my order with cash to seedbay , unfrortunately with a wrong returnadress(i know thats my bad) ...since then i am trying to get in contact with the suport but no one ever gets back... it would be nice if someone could.

I sent messages to the boys a bit ago to donate another 500 seeds and discuss the beans I need to pay for and zero replies.

I about give up and am not making any more payments/purchases going forward.
Clarence has been a trooper and always made things right but that only goes so far.
I didn't want to post these thoughts but wanting to be a loyal seedbay customer and icmag supporter and not being able to through no fault of my own is getting very, very frustrating. A whole lot of good people have stood behind this place and answered the call to support the site and Gypsy.... we have all risen to that call..... only to find the line gone dead and apparently no one home at the business end.

As a community, this place is awesome and invaluable. As a business, it sucks absolute ass. They've been asked/told about their obvious & outstanding issues a thousand times, over years and years, but the powers that be obviously don't care about the customer's experience, and prefer to have things in the perpetual state of chaos that they've been for the past 10-15 years. Lord knows I pity Gypsy and his family for the shit they've had to endure, through which I would never last, but the shipping/payment issues have been exactly the same long before, during, and after his incarceration, so that doesn't hold much water as an excuse for the shipping/payment issues.

The conclusion I've come to after all these years is that they like to keep the revenue stream as messy and chaotic as possible, with "donations" constantly coming in and out, because someone is using the business funds as their personal account, and keeping things unaccounted for allows them to convince themselves they're doing more good than bad. Admittedly, that's a pretty harsh suspicion, but this place has been running on it's own entirely unique brand of chaos & shitty service, which has been unchanged, for decades now...the only possible explanation left is that they want it exactly that way.

at this point i hawe to say, i had many good expiriance with seedbay.... all of them, maybe one that was not good till now and i am here as you can see since 2005
i can see that i am the one that sendet the wrong adress for return, but still it would be nice to get in touch with the support ...thats what a support is there for ...for comunication and getting problems solved

I hate reading this as I've been really on the fence about ordering from the cause I love the site and the genetics they carry but at some point someone needs to put the foot down and run it like a proper seedbank and help spread the great genetics to all to enjoy hope that someone in charge takes it by the horns cause potential for it is incredible
