Hunting for new mothers and I got one freebie seed of deep cheese by dinafem with my order. I lucked out, she's a beauty. This is at day 50 flower, I'm thinking probably another week or so? Reeks of musty cheesy skunk.

I grew mine out and it sucked ass. It had a very sweetish/fruity smell and taste. Was a shitty yielder. The leaves would turn brown and wrinkle up. Just the worst pheno I probably could've gotten. Freebie seeds suck. Atleast in my experiences. Ive never got a good plant out of a freebie seed.

Not me. Never found not 1 keeper from bought seeds or freebies. The best came from clone onlys, from home growers and breeders like Joesy Wales, Hammerhead, or myself.
Best strains I ever ran was from myself. Stuff I made.
Just cracked some Diesel Fire x Ancient OG's and
(LongValleyRoyalKush x BlackLimeReserve) x Ancient OG's I made in 2017. I guarantee they kick the shit outa most seed vendors offerings.

Im glad you have gotten lucky and found keepers in a seed or 2 for free. Not me. Tangie sucked. Cheese sucked. SSH sucked. Blue Kush sucked. Nevilles Haze sucked. Dinafem Diesel sucked. I just havent been lucky with pheno hunting with 1 seed or 2.
I germinate atleast 20 or 30 when Im pheno hunting.
With clone onlys, the pheno hunt has already been done.

Im glad you got lucky and found the best plants from freebies. Thats awesome. I must just have a black cloud over my head cuz I never have. I have ran hundreds of strains and spent thousands of dollars to have the stable I have today.
