Also today i see roots go out of the bottom of pot am i ready to trnsplant?The pot is 1,4 lit is it posibly to fill the hole pot in one week?

As long as you'd like, HPS is definetly more for flower but you can even have her going right now with your current light. I have all of mine under a 1000w hps since germ
