Crime severity scores in the uk! guess whats the lowest scoring offence?
just been reading some uk news,,
"powers that be" have just released the crime severity scores for England and Wales,,,, with the highest scores being murder/murders,,rape,,, and the very lowest score even lower then "stealing electric" and other very minor stuff is possession of cannabis!,,,,, so its the very lowest offence and lowest points on the crime severity league,,,, Yet they still wont de-criminalise ,,,,,hypocrisy makes me want to vomit,,,,,,,,, yet again confirmed that the police are not interested in home growers doing for family and friends and only want the big crime gangs but that wont stop them taking your door off if you upset the neighbours or make it obvious that your growing but thanks for "mitigating circumstances" this will or should make it even more harder to get a warrent or not ,,,,,,Another couple of years of the treasury watching our much ££££ is coming out of cali,,colorado,,etc should be enough to change things,, no underestimating our politicians greed,,,,,,s2 |

People are shipped off to war.
A lot of people eat like shit and drink too much alcohol which gives them cancer. People smoke cigarettes. People are bad drivers and especially on alcohol. But Cannabis? That's as harmless as ginseng. |

Toxic dose of chocolate = 22lb
Toxic dose of cannabis = ummm, there isn't one.... Safer than chocolate yet we still can't have it. Also 24 people are killed by champagne corks every year.... don't see those getting banned!

Yes, it's been a travesty of justice for so many years now, and there are no real signs in the UK that government policy on cannabis will be amended for the better anytime soon, even though they consistently get results from government sponsored studies on cannabis that recommend the legalization, or decriminalization of the plant.
I remember about Professor David Nutt, who used to be the governments chief drugs advisor, coming out and telling the government that cannabis was relatively harmless, and that it should be legalized years ago, and they didn't listen even to him. He ended up with the sack because of it.
