Propogation Help (RW cubes n flouros)

Help me optimize my cloning setup?
I feel like I have the basics down but I know based on how the babies are responding I could be doing things better.

Current Setup:

3x2x3 Secret Jardim DP90 Propogation Tent

Agrobrite 4bar T5 panel
Small vent fan at top of tent angled down so there's one 'hot wind' corner but I rotate every couple of days.

3 trays/domes

Plastic pallets for holding cubes. Cuts taken below node at 45deg angle, stripped own, dipped in rooting gel.

RW cubes soaked with microbes (photosynthetic plus), and cyco rhizofuel. Water dechlorinated n sediment filtered, then PH'd down to 5.5-5.8.

First step I keep babies in dome with no vents (burping it twice a day) with a very weak t8 bar laid out over the dome in 18/6.

2nd step. Go into tent in 18/6 under t5 (all blue spectrum).
I then take domes off as I vent the tent for about 30' twice a day when I notice humidity up over 70%. Been trying to keep things around 75-80deg F and 40-60% humidity (this also seems off to me)...

So any help would be greatly appreciated. I feel like my growing partner I've been learning under is not as well versed in clones and therefore I'd love some help and thoughts about this setup.

Will take pics later but I feel like there are so many errors in what I'm doing I don't even need a diagnosis just a better approach.
I'm open to something like a psycloner or ezcloner but the whole notion seems a bit too futuristic for my old school brain.

I did read that, hence why I said specific to what I have for setup.
Thanks

I've had issues with mold formation on the cubes when I've not vented them. :/
