Peters 20 is for houseplants and other stuff that could care less about getting the wrong levels of NPK in veg or flower.

MJ likes it different, 20-20-20 is too much P&K in veg, and way too much N in flower. Youll get better results by catering to MJs different NPK requests over time.

Just keep the lights on a light schedule that won't induce flowering. 24/0, 18/6, etc.

As long as the lighting is kept at 18/6 or more, the plants will not flower (unless they are auto flowering varieties). Nutrients play no role in how long the plant is in veg. Take verit's advice about catering to your plants needs over time. You need a balanced fert with a little extra N during veg.

Peters uses alot of urea/ammonia nitrogen and little nitrate nitrogen.(not good) It also contains .05% copper and zinc which is alot (too much). It lacks calcium and has little magnesium. The flora series may contain the cal/mag and may have a better ratio of the micros. It also may contain alot of nitrate nitrogen vs. ammonia/urea.(which is good) Check the label.
