Big Pharma already taking control of medical cannabis, there is going to be changes!
FDA issued several warning letters to firms that market unapproved drugs for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of diseases. Some of these firms claim that their products contain cannabidiol (CBD). It is important to note that these products are not approved by FDA for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease, and often they do not even contain the ingredients found on the label.
If it is not FDA approved it will not be around long. I see medical cannabis going the way of big pharma. All substances used for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of diseases or illness must be FDA approved. The FDA is a very powerful entity to be messin' with so say so long to anything that claims these medicinal benefits. Topical Creams, concentrates of any sort, and even flower will have to be FDA approved or it will become black market. This is why I state "If you must legalize get it right or don't do it at all!" Make sure the rights of individuals are not trampled in the great green rush. Be aware this is exactly what is slowly happening every day.

Yeah Shaggy, mucho respect for sharing your insights into the power plays to try and take patient and non patient growing rights away.
Not sure why so many here are not seeing it, I know there are a lot of people here with horses in the race hoping to cash in, but whats right is right, and what has been done to many medical programs is really a crime |

I predicted this in 2010 when I started to write a diploma on our faculty of economics.
The nature of neoliberal capitalism is to cannibalyze every single market! Natural way in this system is to destroy small producers-growers and give consessions to corporations, they will bribe red tape and corrupt politics...checkmate! Cuz Im some kinda anarhosocialist I demanded total legalization with no goverment influence...Taxes should stay low-only VAT and income should be taxed.. less taxes more money-no more trickle down effect waiting. Those bitches with PhDs dont know shit about economy, they dont see multiplication effects from ganja, its not shame its a crime!I guess I will have to visit my mentor again, this time with my silver nine

Cannabis will soon be only available from the pharmacy no where else.
If I am wrong, please tell me why you thinks so.

A lot of us where growing before any state had med laws on the books. They couldn't stop it then and they won't be able to in the future either. Plus the rec states are increasing in number all the time. I don't see that cat jumping back into the bag any time soon. I think insanity high taxes, huge initial investment, an over saturated market, and people who want connoisseur buds at brick shwag prices are the biggest obstacles we will be facing. |
