I use foil paper to collect pollen and fold the foil in half then the corners so the pollen stays inside then Ziploc and in to the freezer. Use Week 3 and 4 of flowering pure sativas take a week or two longer.

You can apply pollen to females several times. As long as you have at least 5-6 weeks left for the seeds to mature properly.
There are several threads on here about collecting and storing pollen. Also remember if you pollinate a non auto with auto pollen the offspring will not be all auto the first generation. It can take several generations to get fully auto. But auto x auto will be full auto first generation. Best of luck Peace GG |

I'm about to find out what auto pollen does with a regular photo-period variety. I have Face-Off OG bx2, Karmdown, and Cherry Pie x PCK , all hit with pollen from an auto male. I will be popping seeds of the all eventually. Pop into my Whorehouse thread periodically to see progress updates.
When I collect pollen, I usually cut branches with pollen clusters into a baggie. Once I get them all in the bag, I put it on a plate/magazine out in the open to dry. Once dry, scrap it all up, get rid of any plant matter. Then in wax paper envelope, and in an air tight container. I like to put a desiccant pack in the container to ensure the pollen does absorb any moisture. I had pollen that was 2 years old still viable, made nice fat seeds just like the first time .

You guys should check this link out
https://livestream.com/adamdunnshow/...deos/132695696 Skip an hour and 18 minutes in to it Its an interview with one of the guys from Memphisto genetics, who do alot of work crossing autos to photos. One of there other members 'Mitch_Connor' is also on here, hes got a huge thread in the auto section. https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=273413 Both his thread and the interview are full of great information on the subject, if youve got some free time or are curious there definitely worth a look.
