which ones are newly legal?
I haven't even seen the results yet..other than calif.

OK, found the answer:
Nevada, Massachusetts, and, probably, Maine (with results still too close to call Wednesday evening). Only Arizonans rejected the idea. Florida, North Dakota, and Arkansas approved new medical marijuana laws, while Montana voted to create a more regulated medical-marijuana system and expand patients’ access to marijuana providers. I only had to add Florida (yippee!) and Arkansas. We have the rest.
