If your ambient temps are lower than in the mid 70's it will take forever to get roots or they will not root at all. You need to add a water heater to dial in the temps. 75-80 and you will have roots in 7 days. Also you have to clean and bleach your cloner after every use or you will get rot.

Only thing i put in rez is an air stone and some bloom nutes at around 1/8 strength. I keep the pH between 6.0-6.2 Cuts stay nice and green with no yellowing at all and they usually take 10 days to root.

Because my rez temps are so low, I never get any slime or bacteria. I only top off the rez with same strength nute solution and I only clean it every three months or so. I run a perpetual grow so I always have rooted and unrooted cuts in cloner.
you still doing it exactly like this?

Still doing it just like it. Although, cuts have been taking a little longer to root. My guess would be when they were rooting in 10 days the RH was 60%. Now since winter is here, the RH is 30%...sometimes lower. But hey, they're still rooting.

Started thinking about maybe coming up with a way to throw a humidity dome on that thing for when the humidity drops, but havent come up with anything yet.
