Nothing in theory, the MMMA and it's caregiver/patient rights/relationship has not changed. This legislation codifies and regulates medicinal retail outlets (aka dispensaries and warehouse grows) seed through sales that were never legally provided for under our law (MMMA). The laws go into effect next month, but it's anyone's guess on the roll out of the retail game. The state board will be sat next year to start writing the rules, but if it becomes a political shit storm (as designed) ...
