This one is on my short list. Can't wait to see what you find. They're looking great! #1 is lookin' kinda like a #1

The only one I don't like is #3. Although, its near-horizontal branches have the potential for 3-5 golf balls in addition to the terminal buds.

Never mind wildgrow, I guess pictures speak a thousand words.

I'm liking the amount of purple stem you're getting with these, might prove to be quite a colourful variety.

Its updated in any case.

I noticed that too. I always have red stems but 2 of them are very purple stemmed. Im expecting some color in at least 2-3 of them.

Day 28 of Flower.

#1 - One of the fastest to develop. Shes already sporting a narrow 6" cola. She looks pretty happy.

#2 - Havent scoped her, but she seems to have a mix of long and short stalked trichs. Happy too.

#3 - Shes stacking faster, but has little trich development. She looks a bit sick, but that's from being in the dead center of the space. COBs all around, just not directly over head. I still don't like her much.

#4 - Her frost is starting to come along now. She may be slower to stack, but most of what is pictured should be a cohesive cola by next week. Happy three.

#5 - Shes got a velvety frost.

So there is a little nute burn coming on in the leaf tips. And that's par-for-the-course for me. Shouldn't be a problem for the 2 1/2 to 3 weeks left of feeding.

Don't give up on that number three. They all look like they're a little different.

Are you noticing any aroma changes yet, or are they still a sweet Afghan type smell,

Maybe shes like the girl you never gave a 2nd thought to until she became attractive after you spent some time around her. She does have the potential to be the heavyweight of the bunch.

Still no odor to the plantry. I did drop my fan from an 8" to a strong 6" and I think its exchanging air with much more efficiency, as the air isnt being restricted by a reducer.

I always try not to pick favorites early on (but it’s impossible really) because I’ve so often been surprised by one(s) I hadn’t been eyeing. I didn’t even take a cutting of my Jack Pine #1. She seemed to show deficiencies and struggle a bit at a point in time when none of the others were. Now I kick myself because I should’ve known better —I like your analogy about attractiveness.

I was wondering about something, wildgrow. You mention that this is your first run with your (badass) DIY COB fixture. But is this your first time running COBs? I ask because this is my first time with a COB panel and I’ve read conflicting reports about the need to add cal/mag under LEDs in general. What’s your experience with this under COBs in particular? I feel like I’ve seen some cal/mag deficiencies with my girls that are under them...

Your girls are looking great!

Thanks Shmav. I like the rig too.

1st time with LEDs of any kind. Ive harvested 1 plant from under the light. I don't count it as a true test as the plant went in abused, stressed and generally unhealthy. It did yield 7 oz nonetheless and the nugs were harder than my 2 previous runs with her. So that says something.

Im currently growing in coco so Im using Cal/mag at 1 ml/gal. As such, I can only speak for coco in my setup. If youre not supplying cal/mag for your plants, you might want to consider using some. They really aren't micronutrients as the plants still need them in whole percentages, where as other micronutes are needed in tenths or hundredths of a percent.
I don't know the actual numbers off the top of my head.
