new grow.. new thread. aeroflo60 with strawberry cough
hey guys, here's my debut grow thread. first time around with an aeroflo, just got her all set up with the proper lights and what not. We got 2kw over this bad boy , one is a hortilux, the other a solarmax. In the rez i'll be using RO water with GH 3 part along with my favorite additives, dark energy and liquid karma. i'm trying to keep it simple this time around as far as nutes go.
the clones will be ready in a couple of days, any tips on aeroflo's would be apreciated. stay tuned. |

sweet man, nice setup, is your strawberry cough a clone only or is it dutch passions version? have you grown the strain before?

First things first.....
1) get those ballasts OFF the ground, if you have a leak you might be in for the shock of your life 2) if possible, get the ballasts out of the room (will cut down on the temps) Besides that your grow looks like it will be nice to pull up a seat and watch!! GOOD LUCK. POW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

i got it as a gift from a friend well over a year ago. he told me it's called "cough" and said it came from colorado. while researching the strain "cough" all i came up with was strawberry cough, i saw a thread from someone growing it and it looked identical I have grown it before obviously and it's a really potent strain.

Hello fuzzygrowth
nice setup mate, but i really would get those ballasts off the ground lol. the higher up the better let the ventilation suck their heat out, without it first going through the plants. i'll be watching this one, peace out. |

I had a similar setup once and greatly improved lighting at the edges by making some removable foam panels covered with Mylar. Place them around the Aeroflo when you are not tending the plants.

Nice set up fuzzy, I used to really wan't an aerolfo when I grew NFT... maybe I'll still get to try one someday...
I would go with what kung pow!! says your ballasts will add another 200w of heat to your room and are a hazard on the floor... seems ya know what your doin so I hope ya don't take offence, more a heads up than anything else. Do you plan on filling every site on teh aeroflo?
