Golden Tiger cutting being pollinated by Selected Cinderella 99 males. This female is the most Sativa of the original group.

How long has she been flowering? Was the mother from feminized seed? Looks like a Thai phenotype from what I can see. From what I've read I believe the Thai tends to be dominant in the feminized versions. What are your thoughts? Peace

Mother was from Regular seed..grown indoors as a cut for about a year. Very much the extreme Thai side of the cross.. Indoors at 80 days under 11/13..plant still didnt seem done. A good friend was doing a Cindy cross and had tons of extra pollen..So the cross made Sense. Plant is being grown at 47 degrees North..weather is changing fast, hoping for Viable seed!! Its been a adventure growing such an Exotic beauty outdoors..Thanks for the good Vibes!!

Plant really didnt start budding until late August/early Sept....If viable seeds are produced, it will be a Win Win..otherwise, an Interesting Experience..!!

Hi Skunkenstein,
I'm glad you have considered Golden Tiger interesting for your own breeding projects. Hopefully you can get the best from both sides in your hybrid: the vigor and extreme potency of Golden Tiger, with improved terpenes, and shorter flowering time from C99 line. 47ºN is probably too up north to finish properly Golden Tiger outdoors, but hopefully the pollinated plants have had enough time to mature the seeds. Please, keep us updated, sounds like an interesting hybrid. |
