Exclamation groundskeepers pride 100% ORGANIC

https://www.groundskeeperspride.com/index_1.htm

anyone ever try this stuff ? i did a search but nothing came up, wondering some organic guru's can go through the site and put together a good reciepe.

i've always found the idea of oganics amazing. just add the right soil addatives and water( a little more than that ).

If anyone has any input on this organic fert. please let me know! hopefully next time someone searches for this type, they will have an answer.

I read it and I'm an organic lover myself.
I wanted to post but my wife is now hungry and she is pregnant and that my friend is a force of nature.
A hungry pregnant woman.
I'll be back to discuss and offer a recipe, on the whole it looks complete when mixed.

I use my own mix, spag peat moss, perilite, worm castings , and very very light and screened compost (too much will burn seedlings) I even sometimes leave the compost out until transplant. Just make sure whatever soil you start with has a nice phosphorus content as this will help develop healthier roots. I almost forgot to mention dolomite lime for a ph buffer.

Hello all,

I have read most of the adcopy, not very specific about whats in it but have a detailed NPK ratios. This makes me wary.

I understand wanting to buy a pre-mix. And as much as I hate to promote the status quo-go with FFOF- I have and have had good runs and getting better.

Barring that- I would go with some of the guru's mixes and are cheaper in the long run- downside for me is space and in-convenience.

Also, as I like the organic teas- they work well in organic soil- plants just seem to jump from guano tea- and the flavor-ahhhh. Good. Just my two whatsits.

Hey man I'm back

Here is what I consider a base mix

60% peat based mix with added perlite (Pro-Mix HP,Sushine Mix,etc.)
30% perlite for proper drainage and oxygen to roots
10% worm castings, they provide some N, micros, and beneficial bacteria

To each gallon of this mix I add:

2 TBS/gal dolomite lime, provides a ph buffer around 7
1 TBS/gal blood meal for N
2 TBS/gal bone mean for P (flowering mix only)
1 TBS/gal kelp meal or ground seaweed for K and trace elements

If you take a look on the site they have most of these products.
You could buy the blood and the bone meal seperately and the kelp meal, the soil, and the compost.
The compost can "replace" the worm castings in the above recipe and the soil mix will be ok to swith with the Promix HP.

You feed this mix light teas of castes, molasses, and a little liquid seaweed and your set, high P guano should be added during flowering.

Oh and by the way, it's a girl and we are totally excited, i'm painting the baby room.

Peace

so this would label this ripe bud, organic? .. because if it does i'm going back to the flower shop and picking up some ingredience! i've been told lots before that i'm smokeing organic bud, but its not the same as growing it myself. ( and knowing exactly what the plant was fed ) i've had guys tell me lots that its organic, and then star telling me they used just a bit of micro, grow, bloom(AN) for EXTRA growth.... HA yeah right! thats not organic in any way even if you used all the organic suplements you could find!

anyways i'm going of track. Thnx a million, And i wonder how i can get this thread moved to organic soils

This bud would be labelled 100% organic yes, especially since all the ingredients are OMRI listed as organic and bat guano is organic.
My opinion is if it came from a bottle it defeats the purpose or a cheap and organic mix.

To get this moved just PM an admin, LC had been away as of late so no mod in organics for now ( but were a tame bunch in there lol)
