Smile Yes I can tell all...

Glad to have the interest. Let's go back a bit first then.

My 16 0z cups have just that wal-mart sams choice continuous feeding soil with a thin layer of perlite in the bottom and 20% perlite added to the potting soil. This feeds the seedling but I do give my clones and seedlings a little boost.

No that isn't a brand of hormone but I use 2 things early on. Half strength Shultz starter solution (available as is bone meal and blood meal at wal-mart) and some superthrive found at home depot. Just a few easily available products have been used sparingly on my clones and seedlings. People often think I am a liar when I match yields in hydro in soil.

Yes, that first cross prototype LSD plant was all one plant and it was finished in a 3.5 gallon pot but its roots had grown out of the bottom of the pot and there had been some dirt on the floor which helped it a bit. I did get 8 oz from a SC99 in a 3.5 grown from seed once and I have routinely grown plants over 5 oz in that sized pot but to get 11.59 oz of bogglegum I used a 10 gallon pot. Another Sour Bubble partially seeded plant yielded about 10 oz in a 6 gallon pot.

Nothing funny is done to the plants but seedlings are started under floros and are kept about 2 inches from the tubes. I just use regular 4 ft shop light floros and I use cheap GE kitchen and Bath tubes. 40 watters. These seedlings are grown entirely under just one regular shop light with these tubes so light is not the issue. Heat and aeration without overwatering is essential and these seedlings will need transplant at just over 2 weeks old. They will go into 2 gallon pots then which have the full BOG Mix including the bone and blood meal. Once they root they really take off as I then let them have light from a 1 K MH and some floro light in back.

Really timing and watering matched with the right temp and light will encourage a good seedling. All 8 of mine look great and one is slightly taller and more spindly. I assume that one is a male and that a lot of these may be fems. Just a guess.

Now about the early supplementation. I don't usually talk about this with seedlings because people kill my seedlings all the time by burning them up. Did you notice one slightly deformed leaf? That is from the starter solution I used for clones occasionally or the super thrive. At seperate early waterings I use 10 drops of superthrive in half a gallon of water and water them once then the other time half strength shultz starter for one watering.

You may find your seedlings can't take this sort of stimulation unless they are my virgins however. :( If you kill my seeds this way don't say I didn't warn you but I teach with caution in mind. When you go for it you have to take things to the edge and when you know a strain as well as I know mine you know just what to give them and when. Just what they need at the right time comes to me like intuition actually and that's hard to teach.

All growers must fine tune their methods so I try to keep it basic. I hope this answers a few questions and I will try to tell all as we go but keep asking those good questions please. BOG

a pic of a bud from the 8 oz SC99 plant...

It will do very well but,

How long did it veg in the 10 gallon pot before flowering. If just transplanted into the pot for flowering with no rooting time your yield wont be as big as mine but i vegged for at least 12 weeks and the last 2 weeks of veg were in the 10 gallon pot and this was the third transplant. So I stepped from 16 oz to 2 gallon to 4 gallon then 10 gallon to get this.

11.59 oz bogglegum... BOG

Thumbs up When will finished Sour Bubble be out?

These clones will make the 2nd bx seeds and that is it.

They will be done and on the market in late Sept-Early october is my estimate. I am gonna veg these plants another 5 weeks and then flower all 11. Maybe my HUGE mother plant even. Expect to watch it all happen right here and anticipate the good thing to come soon.

The first bx seeds are at auction but it could be pricey as it is for a good cause. Our magazine. I donated all test seeds and all auction seeds free so get some of them if my release isn't soon enough for you. These clones are very attractive, wet, naked virgins all just out of the shower. BOG

This seedling is 10 or 11 days old now...

Help our cause...

Upload photos first then post

This place is different but it allows the site to have only one of each pic in a persons gallery instead of duplicate uploads.

Do the upload your photos button and upload a couple then when posting hit the add photo to post button and select a pic from you gallery. Paste the url into the body of the post and it should work.

I am at July 2nd now and this pic was actually taken on the 1st. The seedlings are now 2 weeks old and in need of transplant. BOG

Here are a couple individuals. Nice for grown from seed for 2 weeks huh?

Now the Huge Mama SB...

My 12 clones...

Looking Good, BOG.
I have to ask you when you use those big green pots how do you keep every thing from coming out of the bottom, their holes are so big. Even the large perlite pours right on through.
My seedling are up and running. You can see even at a couple days old the difference between the Bogglegum and the LSD. The L's are real skinny. It is so cut when their first two leaves appear. I helped my L's get their shells off and they loved it. One bogglegum actually jumped out of the shell like a baby bird.
