Home Grower sales to Dispensaries NOW illegal
Well, they finally Did Do Something.
No Legalization on the ballot. Dispensaries will be allowed with Seed-To-Sale only. They are about to accept edibles and maybe concentrates. No Independent Grower sales to Dispensaries. We'll see how this goes. |

Home grower to dispensary sales have always been illegal.

After mmmp certain date technically only the CG and your patient , no CG TO CG or 3rd parties donations. Any club, CG or Patients that stating otherwise is just asking for a state cop or court to put em into system ( I've talked to them and my counties prosecutor )
You'll see ... The clubs in the towns that have multiple will all get raided at the same time and be treated as a drug lab , is this really needed when the cities promote and act blind and stupid . Just like what SoCal did for years (google it !) |
