Potato Salad...I like that ring. I prefer russers, they absorb more. Simple is better. 1 egg to 2 or 3 potatoes.

yummie fried potato salad
What's the best thing to do with your left-over potato salad?
Fry it in olive oil (Med heat) 'til it's nice and crispy brown! no, really, try it, it's delicious!
