Industrial Hemp & Domestic Production of Cannabis UK Licence

Who has any experience with these. As far as i am aware ther domestic is reletivly new and is different from what ther were giving out before i seen this..

The leicence fees are really quite supportive if you have a few lights up..

Let us hash this out..

Why do I need a hemp leicence for cannabis under 0.2% when I can buy a real cannabis leicence?

I think. "These are the papers we've been looking for". . obiwankanbi

How these differ from the licences GW had is greatly different.. This is for homegrown and importing from Holland..

Check out the extracts Imma make

I was reading about this not too long ago. I have no first hand experience with this. I was reading the requirments and saw something about a liscense to cultivate high THC cannabis was around £4500.

Is this the same thing you are talking about Dave?

Quote:
Is there a fee payable?
 Yes, there is a fee payable for a low THC content cultivate/ possess licence.
A new licence application to cultivate cannabis with a THC content of 0.2% or lower will cost £580. If you have previously grown in the 2010 season the
‘renewal’ fee of £326 will apply. If a compliance visit is required the fee will be
£1371 but we envisage most applications will not need a visit.
 This fees structure is considerably lower than a new licence application to
cultivate high THC Cannabis which costs £4700 and recognises the light
touch licensing regime applied. Fee levels have been calculated on a full-cost
recovery basis and will be periodically reviewed
Here is the link to where that quote is trop, Top of the second page.

agreed its bollocks,,,,ok for GW but not ok for others,,,,,
if i thought any of US had "half a chance" of getting a licence then i be outside the home office tommorow with my 5k!,,,,
imagine the paperwork and boxes that need ticking before your license is granted?....
totally set up for big pharma so we dont or cant get a look in,,,,

It says domestic cultivation.. That's a bit small for GW don't you think? Anyway i'm going to let this thread play out peoples opinions and worries for the time being..

Me personally I dunno. It says what it says and you don't ask you don't get in this world.. Looks to me as if they're thinking about it...

Dave, the Tory government won't ever legalise cannabis or allow us to grow for personal consumption. I will quite happily bet my left bollock on that
