Here is another update. The trich seem to still be clear and cloudy. I was hoping to let her get some amber trich before I harvest her. temps are still around 69-78 degrees.

Ok so here are my thoughts on this beautiful lady.

I like the amount of trich that are on the buds.
I like the color the buds are turning.
I really am loving the smell, because it seems to change all the time. The smell at the moment is like stanky cheese and cotton candy.
The buds are rock hard.

Could I have used a bigger smart pot in order to get bigger results? yes! Also because I was using Fox Farm soil and the fact that she got a little burned early on, I don't know how much more she could have yielded had I had known people like to feed auto strains.

Well I do still have 1 seed each both the rhino ryder and Mexican airline to try again.

Top bud.

Full plant.

the first one is the top bud of the Mexican airline. she still seems to be growing and the buds still getting more dense. I don't know when to chop her. Ill look at the color of the trichoms to decide when.

next one I'm not sure which one it is. it might be the rhino ryder or the Mexican airline. she is growing weird. today she got planted into a full gallon pot because she was rootbound. I hopes that she can grow actual good flowers now that she's in a bigger pot.

It looks like the second one is a little bit overwatered and in need of more magnesium. Since I'm pretty new growing in coco, my first run started off looking just like yours except for the hanging leaves.
I raised my PH from 5.8 to 6, added a little more magnesium and now they seem to love it.

Good luck!

So I calculated her to be 10 weeks or 70 days old as of today. I'm counting from the day I planted the seed to today.
The problem is that the trichomes still have a good amount of clear and a some cloudy color on the flowers.
so should I harvest her today or wait till there are more cloudy and amber trichomes?

I would have go by the color/milkiness of the trichomes. I am not familiar with you particular strain so I can't advise properly but that's just my 2 cents.

Keep on growing

Wait a bit longer. Most harvest times from breeders time frame are skewed, usually needing to add 7-15 days more.
Enjoy looking through mag glass/loupe. Guessing with your description (good amount of clear and a some cloudy color ) another 10+ days. She'll tell you when she's ready. Pretty soon, though! Congrats.

Here are a few trichome shots. The smell is like very stinky cheese with a candy under tone and I like it. hope it tastes as good as it smells.
should I harvest now or wait some more days.

I will give my honest opinion about her when she is harvested dried and again when she is curing some.

So I was wanting to plant my last two seeds the rhino ryder and the Mexican airline out doors this spring BUT I may have to settle for growing them in the 200watt LED room Im using atm. The reason is that I'm afraid of the smell being to strong and the neighbors smelling weed growing in me backyard.

I looked at the trich and decided to go head and harvest her just now. now hanging up to dry. took more photos just for the hell of it.

So here is my first thoughts on the Fast Buds Auto seeds.

The seed sprouted fast and grew strong. The flowers grow well for the sad size of container she grew in. The plant didn't stank too bad in the veg stage. She didn't get ANY NUTRIENTS at any point in this grow. I don't know if it would have made a difference either way. During the flower stage the smell was great. Smell was changing all the time from berry & stinky cheese then further in to flowering she got a cotton candy & skunky smell. Either way you slice it I like the smell.

This is what I learned for next time.
Next time I'll plant the seed in a MUCH BIGGER POT from the start. I have 1 seed from TWO strains left to grow. rhino ryder & Mexican airline. so hopefully next time I should yield more herbal medicine by growing in bigger pot right.
