Yesterday ??? maybe this morning, I came back to this computer after 2 hours or so to sign back on to ICMag but when I brought the site up from my favorites it opened and I was still signed on.. couple years ago this was possible but the powers to be eliminated the ability to be signed on until you actually hit the sign-off button... one could stay signed on forever. Is this feature back(check the box to stay signed on) ?? although I did not check the 'remember me' button..

I'm always signed on, unless I hit the log out button.

i've tried the remember me button on occasion over the last coupla years, always timed out.. thought it was one of those.. 'server space' issues..

if I'm signed in, and leave the computer on while I go eat supper,
when I come back 30 minutes later the page is still there ...
But if I click to a new page, it tells me I am logged off and have to sign in again...

I like that...

I get signed out every time I clear my cache, history & cookies.

i clear my history & cookies & whatnot daily , but i'm always signed in when i bring up the page . don't think i've ever signed out . & can only remember having to sign in for some reason once or twice in all the years i've been here .

I have remained signed in for years now. The only time I have had to resign in is when I bought a new computer. Peace

I 'was' in the same boat a couplea years ago I couldn't stay signed on. yesterday I was able, as well as today, open this site and was still logged in.. I'm wondering why one day this the next day that : while some stay signed on and other do not.. browser right skip. I haven't changed browsers in the last 5-6 years.. I was thinking new server bugs..

I'm still not sure what your problem is...

Do you want to remain logged on or not?

Also read up on what a "cookie" is and how it works.
