Has anyone grown out the Master Kush x Jack?
Exactly what the title says: does anyone have experience with Chi's Master Kush x Jack? Haven't found much to go on in the forums

Hey Robney..
There definitely hasn't been any grow documented here on IC that I know of. The only grow that's similar is the Master Kush x SS by snooze. It'd be great to get a grow reported if you have the seed. I imagine it'll be big yeilds of some funky fruity astringent fuel type terps. I remember Chi saying the BC Master Kush mother has a lot of fuel in her. If this is the same BC Master Kush that some Canadians harp on about then the MK x Jack hybrid definitely has been overlooked. Expect bad ass plants!

Kalbhairav - thank you for responding - I had been hoping you might chime in as you have an encyclopedic knowledge of what is growing on at icmag. I've been looking at that thread and this sale has me tempted for the jack cross, and I do like funky fruity astringent fuel type flavors, so it sounds like a go to me! Though, I can't promise a report anytime soon as I have a lot of new things I am currently rocking and sorting through. Thank you again, Kal! I hope you have the best of luck with your garden

Hi Morphote,
Not sure, possibly.. There are a hell of a lot of BC kush types so I'm sure var titles change or get shortened. If Chi doesn't come in here and tell us then you could possibly ask in the Canadian clone only thread. https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=152718 One things for sure - Chimera wouldn't of used it unless it was straight up class A cut. He's dropped cuts out of his library that weren't good enough that I would of held all my life.

No idea, probably best to ask in the Canadian clone only thread. From what I've heard it might not be either. Just because it's called Master Kush we can't assume it comes from either of those Dutch seedlines.

I too have wondered about the master kush x jack profile. I grew out two mkxSS and they were very good...very strong kushy lemon and earthy chem almost petrol smell. Also, while burning it had a nice incense quality I believe comes from the SS. One was absolutely fantastic but I let it go like a dummy. I have two going right now (mkxSS) that will soon hit the flower room so I may post those so you all can look at the plants. Very strong and very tasty with a nice balanced effect that leans towards the kush side of body effect. I have been thinking about doing a side by side of Master Kush x Jack, Bubba x Jack, Special K X Jack and my Melody Kush x Jack just to see which I like best. Lately I have been all about the Special K.

Full melt extract, A+ yield, nice calming affect, yet still potent enough for seasoned smokers. I imagine the MK x jack would be somewhat similar but maybe a different flavor profile. |
