Hey Tyne-
They are doing ok. I listed description/pics on "al Fresco" in FB threads. Won't know until later of quality.

They were easy to grow, didn't do anything to them as far as LST.

Ours have more proliferation of branches, slightly ahead towards maturing but sticking to FB details.....easy to grow outdoors.

Definitely see the California Orange in the Tangi- height, bud formation.


The Original Glue- compared to other Glues, it's not apparent yet. Will know closer upon harvest if there's strong resemblance.


Aside from seeds not popping as quickly as ours....the 2 samples of Fast Bud took a bit more coaxing, they are growing as to what autos are expected to grow. Using only organic soil, full sun.

I would agree with the Original Glue, I am growing one and it looks NOTHING like Original Glue #4, which I also grow.

Once we harvest, I'll have a 'blind taste test'...ours (afterthought autos) and Fast Buds Tangi and GG (similar to brown bagged beer or wine)- participants not knowing what is what. For comparison, I'll choose Permafrost or Panthera that have some Orange genetics for similarity sake. For Glue, since it has a Sour Diesel/ Chem component, I'll use our Gas & Guns and possibly Tokarev T3.


I won't participate, but will report accurately, the opinions from the testers imbibing.


When we had our taste testers in SO CO, we used a sheet describing the taste, texture, aroma, effect.


As far a Glue....agree w/ Yoda...my FB Original Glue auto specimen not looking like Glue we are accustomed to seeing/growing.


Tangi is recognizable to CA Orange bud. Both have been grown under identical conditions, mediums. Tangi'matic is 3" taller than a few of our. Ours have more branching and earlier bud formation. No huge differences thus far except knowing what GLUE looks like. Not knowing the ruderalis FB uses, could be why. We know our ruderalis genes.


Yes, we started out with 25 of ours and gave 13 away (female) to a Vet grow group in need of medicine, the others (5) turned up male, keeping 5 of ours for the comparative, 2 we turned into compost- runts.


I think it's a fair comparison even though some posters feel we are being ultra biased. Once finished (early Nov.), pics taken, dried under same conditions and have 6 sober (no smoking prior to taste/effect test) participants, we'll have results. Stay tuned.

We're about 2 weeks away from harvest. Here's GG auto that I showed on Yodaweed's thread (sorry for hijacking). joesy states no resemblance to GG....which is pretty easy to tell.

Compared to similar genetics (as best we could since we don't claim to have Original Glue genetics - we used something with Sour D auto,) and grew side by side. Ours....more branching, a bit taller, more bud sites. Could go on, but will leave it at 1 Tangi was tall, the other a smaller runt maybe 13.5", and GG doesn't "look" like photoperiod sister of the typical GG #4.

Still, will finish them (2 Tangi'matic, 1 GG) and harvest, cure and provide an unbiased a smoke test (we won't smoke, but have a panel of eager smoke testers to try/evaluate!).

Checked the Tangi'matic today....I'll be damned....I counted before plucking 8-9 nanner sites growing off cola. Moved plant inside to take a bud shot or two for evidence. Notice 2 nanner sites....but cola dotted with them.


ADDENDUM: Nanners on small runt of Tangi'matic too.

So, that is my conclusive ending. Never will I buy a hermied strain or any of their selections from Fast Buds!!!! Upon careful loupe perusal, ours does not show any evidence of hermaphrodite growth. Never had any of our customers complain or contact for our afterthought autos strains hermying.

Last 2 shots....the FB bud shot from their web site showing Original Glue and my FB GG bud shot. Will take one last pic of GG auto before chopping. Doubtful it will resemble the FB GG on web site as josey and yodaweed mentioned earlier. NO comparison!
