I have no idea who, but as you say, nowhere near ready.
I heard a tractor at around 4am, must have been that. My dogs bark at absolutely nothing all the time and then when I need them to do their job, nothing. Absolutely gutted. |

I'm so sorry to hear it Baron :( Amazing they want to stole plants that are not even in flowering yet. Unfortunately outdoor growers here suffer the same problem every year.

@dubi - They had recovered from their reveg and looked just beautiful. They had the dark green leaves and squat appearance as your description says.
They were the "white" phenos and were just starting to put on that frost, would've been lovely. Still have a Kali China hidden away and she is also absolutely beautiful, so fingers crossed for that. |

Indoor as well with fytocell
All's good. I gave them a tea topped with PM essence which they all seemed to like. Just a simple wormcast and PSG mix brewed in hessian bag, air pump, and heater for the essence for 12 hrs. Then sprayed neat and then diluted 50/50 and watered. The lilly seems to be a bit of a runt, it's possible she doesn't like the soil and it might not have dried enough - i.e it's always been a bit claggy - bit of a chicken and egg though.
Anyway, she is the most advanced flowering wise but as you can see the Snow Moon is much more vigorous. The lilly would be about as tall as the GC on the left if i hadn't tied her down but there are 2 main colas so I'll see what we get. Group Snow Moon Meanwhile at a secret location on the other side of town............. My indoor grow is up and running. I've got 2 Peyote Purple and 2......I'm not sure what. They were feeebies from Ace for some very minor indiscretion with an order earlier this year and I've written on them 'Mal x Pan 13w' (for weeks). I think i got that from a thread on here that said freebies were such seeds so can someone confirm it with these pics please? There are 2 phenos or 2 different strains with the 1 on the left, fatter leaves and always been bigger: Group Pan x Mal and Mal x Pan? They are at about 4 weeks from breaking ground, first 2 weeks under a 4x 24 t5 then a 150 mh and now a 250 mh. The medium is a modification of my last grow as that worked but needed improvements, basically it is a hydro medium 'fytocell'. I took a bag and a half and mixed that with 9l of coir/wormcast/charcoal (70/20/10), this gave about 35l of medium. The coir/cost (C/c/ch) mix is the main improvement as to that i added a half measure of 'ecothrive charge' some high p PSG and 5 buffer tabs crushed. I also added some 'mineral magic' and i think some rockdust though I've a feeling i forgot that! I mixed that with the fytocell and watered with a full strength 'fishmix' solution and let it brew for a few days. I potted up last Sat (27th), adding a little neemcake and they are in 11l pts with a layer of seramis on the bottom to which I put some palm tree ash (k) a little more psg and some comfrey pellets - not enough for feed but to help the microherd later on. I watered them in with 'ghe bioroots' and put another whole bio tab in the peyote's but not the mystery plants. Basically I've treated the fytocell as a compost - the manufacturers' say this can be done but so few seem to have tried. It is 100% inert so i have to put life into it which is done with the C/c/ch mix. It always maintains around the perfect air/moisture ratio, in a week or so's time I'll put them in a single 60cm square tray and a single 'easy to go' autopot unit. I'll update with lights info as i go. I'll water mainly plain water with maybe some hesi supervit and powerzyme now and then and will make a home-made comfrey solution for a flower feed which goes through the autopots very well if needed for later in the grow. I'm very happy with the plants as i was a little wary of there being too much feed for the sats but other than a hint of tip 'burn' they seem to be doing everything they should! Forgot to say i also added some 'humate ag from 'Viresco' and will be using something from them mid grow if need be. Thanks for looking. |

If those are Malawi x Panama be prepared for a long flowering time - it is however, absolutely outstanding weed, long lasting, soaring high, lovely flavour and beautiful flowers.
All looking nice too, good work

Hi baron, that was kind of my thinking - do a shortish flowering indica and a long sat and see what problems (or not) arise with the growing medium. In other words if it handles both of these ok then I'm good to go without too much messing around. The only problem i really see is possible ph problems later on but that was all ok last time. It's possible the c/c/ch mix might cause some acidification (organic matter 'decomposing' in non organic environment) but i think it should be ok.
Forgot to say that i applied the compost tea to the indoor plants as well and gave them a 1/2l of dilute and they liked it as mush as the outdoor. Weather should be good for a while - a little warm for the indoor though and I need the delivery of my new 'hyper stealth' fan quickly to give me more control over temps - it will come just as the temps drop! |
