I chose to risk a large sum of money on a publicly unproven product and make a light change which is a risk for any grow because they were not only priced reasonably when compared to the $800-900 I was going to have to spend on Sunlight Supply Air Cooled dual 315 cdm's, but on paper they checked all the boxes and then some. Add in ventilation, having to install it, damage to ceilings (+ repair in most cases), and things made a lot of sense. The thing with these lights is you don't need multiple units like their previous models so I think this will help with pricing...it's one per one 4x4 according to them. If they do what they are supposed to on paper and keep the prices around where I was able to buy them they will dominate the industry in the future I am sure.

I'm really excited for these, but we shall see when it comes to harvest numbers. Seeing as how the lights in this thread were not even full spectrum, judging by the size of his colas, I feel even more confident lately.

Our LED patent and bonding technology allows us to have unprecedented lifespan on our LEDs.

We don't advertise it because it's not proven yet (by lab or by time), but through our thermal shocking tests (2000 cycles, compared to industry standard of 300 cycles), our LEDS are STILL WORKING with NO DROP in efficiency. At the 10 year mark or 100,000 hours of continuous usage, our tests show that the trend of our LEDs do not drop over 10% of light output. AFTER 10 YEARS.

We have distribution in Canada through our corporate office.

But we think that this light is the one that's going to disrupt the current market. We have about 170 of these shipping out to a licensed producer up in Seattle after they tested one side by side with their 1000 watter DE. The Optilux smashed their grow records. They say the increase in yields will already pay for these lights, without even talking about the decreased power consumption.

They will be featured on next edition on Dope. You will know because our lights are featured in that same article.

40Amps: I pushed the button on these for the same reason. I was literally a day away from ordering 4 of the Heilos 320s based on Krunch's results, when Alex's post about the URSA popped up. Hope I'm in this first batch being shipped. I have PLANS for these lights.

I pulled the trigger on a few Illumitex units because, at the time, they would swap out faulty units. THAT made it worthwhile.... but it was a verbal agreement that they now won't do. They fix it while you WAIT.

I love the looks and size of these units.

Shock testing is great, but it's NOT a substitute for the actual time passage. Still, looking sweet!
