can you tell me more about these crimes you would like to commit?
im just asking... for a friend there are ways to cover your tracks online if you are worries and i would not post anythign too personal on any blog (this included pics or area specific information) /maybe a rough region is ok it depends on what the laws are like in your area and how much risk you are willing to take on |

Yeah yeah everybody is doing it, but you may be the one the government decides to make an example of!
Ever heard of a fella by name of Marc Emery? |

They like to go after the little fish. The little ones don't have the resources to fight court battles like the big ones do. Much, much easier to net a school of little ones and throw the big ones back.

Marc Emery was too public and shipped tons of seeds all over
the place including the US of A. That's why he was taken down. |

The weed scene in Van is better off when he's in jail IMO....
did sell me some good seeds when i was a kid though,lol... I think it boils down to local laws and funding... and if you have worthwhile info on growing, hopefully you will be well informed on the legal repercussions as well... the stricter the area you live, the better computer guy i would find to hide your identity....and better lawyer too incase you or the computer guy arent as good as you thought... i guy where i live unmasked himself and got sponsored,lol... so not too risky in some places! |

Where I am, posting the pics is not illegal in and of itself. If you get arrested however your hard drive will be seized and they will then attempt to use your pics and comments as evidence against you in court. Even if there is not an irrefutable link, the balance of probabilities is often enough.
Incidentally, while this link is specific to keeping your facebook open while watching porn, you can easily substitute porn for social media like this: https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news...istory-6664847 Social Media as evidence is more commonly applied in divorce cases and insurance fraud etc, therefore there is a lot more information on the web about it in relation to those areas. At least where I live this occurs with drugs and other crimes as well. I have searched for a relevant link but haven't found one, I know forum users love links and pics. I do actually know people who have had this happen, but you'll have to decide whether to take my word for it for yourself. I also know people who got tracked, arrested and prosecuted through Hydro store credit card purchases during an investigation on a hydro store chain. And also of people who have been busted after an intercepted seed purchase and customs working in with police. I have a link to that if you want it I will PM it. The main thing I would say is that the law, and how it is applied, is different everywhere and it is up to you to be familiar with yours. Be aware that a lot of people on here operate in a much more grower friendly legal environment and their advice around security may not be good advice for you. In fact some of it will be terrible advice if you live somewhere like I do. Last edited by JKD; 08-28-2016 at 02:30 AM.. |

Makes for a pithy answer, but is far from complete.
For example, the first amendment serves to prevent the government from engaging in prior restraint, but does not prevent the government from prosecuting a person after the fact if the act of "free speech" breaks the law. The right to free speech is not a license to say literally anything you want without consequences (and there are in fact some cases/situations where you can be prosecuted later), but it does prevent the government from proactively inhibiting you from any speech or expression based solely on the content of the message. Generally speaking, any first-year law student is going to know more than 98% of the people on any cannabis forum. It should be possible to find solid legal advice without having to break the bank. Best of luck! |
