Help Wanted in getting ADVERTISERS for I.C.MAG!! - Announcements - International Cannagraphic Magazine Forums

Hello all....

...We are looking for someone to help out on the advertising and marketing side of I.C.Mag.......We have advertising space to sell in the magazine itself.......in an accompanying advertising booklet.....and on this website too.....

At this point the advertising revenue that comes in could make alot of difference to the magazine since we badly need it for the future production and expansion plans...

If you are good at sales and marketing and interested in the magazine then please get in touch with us....

gypsy i have a question that is and is not On topic ....
but i feel as if it will have a lot to do with you getting advertisers....

when are you going to be in local bookstores spanned across the globe?

that truly is going to be the task at hand .....
personally i believe you may be able to out sell HT and CC,if a few things are done .....

I have no marketing experience but.....

....we just landed a North American distributor ....the same one that does Cannabis Culture.....Weed World and Red Eye Express........we just signed contracts with a British one too.....so you should be seeing the charter edition in the shops within a month or so......takes a while to get all this sorted out......but the future looks bright.....wear sunglasses....!...lol.

when i lost the copies of the first in the fire...Payaso told me that more where on the way...
Sadly they Never reached me..as he didnt send them...

Any News of the Second ED?......

Hey Gypsy... no hurry releasing the second edition because it gives me more time to get the third article written.

I have a sista in California who I told you about. She worked for a big mag arranging promotion and stuff like that. When I approached her on the subject she said she is ready to retire but I can talk to her over the 4th holidays.

Maybe my local head shop could sell a few copies but we need real distribution deals like you mentioned and I know these things take time. Glad you see the future as I do.

Gyspy- I think it's great you have a North American distributer now, I can't wait to see copies at Barnes and Noble

Out of curiousity, will they be distributing the DVD in NTSC format in the states instead of PAL? Wish I could help with marketing, but unfortunatly I don't have any marketing skills; but if I run into anyone that does I'll send them your way on the pronto!

The old hippy has actually made a lot of cash in sales and marketing. If you are serious that you would like an assist, I am here in So. Cal, and would be happy to close deals for you if you need a local to get things started and make physical presentations. I look the part. Very short hair, professional dress, you know the type. It would be a blast to help out in any way that I could. I am the real deal. I hope you are serious.

Nice initiative to start a growers cup... I've spread the word amongst some Dutch growers... and think at least 5 will enter next year (2006)!

I too believe you have an edge... combining print press... a magazine... with online forum and businesses!

My background is at marketing... experienced as business analyst... and growing cannabis is a hobby to me... making a profession out of it, is like a dream... maybe I can assist your team... on selling new concepts... and/or as an online reporter?

I live in Amsterdam... and like to run by your shop at your convenience... to have a chat on my ideas and promotional activities that could might do for you...
