Exile
Hey i was just wondering if Exile would be the strain to look for from your offering if looking for the most indica style high?
Also what is this "pre-2000" Chronic used in your DUBBLE DUTCH? Your motivation looked awsome except for your comment about high leaf ratio, then i read its a sensi star cross, correct, if so thats the sensi star high leaf trait huh? |

Since Gerrit seems to be away from the forums right now, I would do my best in giving some answers to your questions.
I would say Motavation and Double Dutch are the most indica style high. Some growers find nice indica keepers from Exile seeds, but you can get a high sativa dominancy as well. The pic below is a seven months cured cola from a sativa dominant Exile grown outdoors. The hashish made from this plant was plainly amazing. Pre-2000 Chronic means the Chronic used as parent was selected from seeds previous to 2000. Serious Seeds improved this F1 variety that year, using new parents for the cross, but Gerrit favored the original one. For the high leaf ratio in Motavation, I found one individual showing this trait between three female plants from seed. I must say the trait was not very strong but, as the whole Magus line is not leafy at all, this trait could be noticeable in Motavation. If your keeper tends to the Warlock father, it won't be leafy at all. Greetings, Random Last edited by Random00; 03-17-2007 at 08:57 PM.. Reason: last question overviewed |

Well put Random00! Motavation tends to be leafier than the Warlock male. But compared to a lot of other strains, Motavtion is not that leafy.
On the other hand, Exile--to me-- is very classic indica-like because of the serious couch lock it gives-- just Devistating... Whereas the Double Dutch and Motavation have strong Heady/cerebral sides to them. This, to me, is a sativa like high, which comes from the Warlock Father. Combined with the indica side makes for a stumbling, "Knock You Out" strong heady high reducing all previous strains highs when smoked in the same session. I'm toking on some Double Dutch as I speak & makes typing very challenging. Mosca Negra Last edited by mosca negra; 08-12-2007 at 03:56 AM.. |

Thanks, mosca negra!
I agree with you on the indica and sativa like highs; my observation on Exile was due to this concrete plant, which was really cerebral. Definitely, the Warlock father gives the whole Magus line a heady effect. Greetings, Random P.S.: Nice outdoor setting. Good work! Last edited by Random00; 03-18-2007 at 06:51 AM.. |
