I'm going to blame it on a new mix I tried. I put my regular soil under the seed starter mix and I think it might have dried it out a little quicker.
In reality, I'm terrible with seedlings. I'm keeping a very close eye on the next one.

Hey man, sorry to hear. Maybe if you can share your set up with us, someone could offer some suggestions. Are you using seedling trays, or solo cups? Florescent lights? heat mat, maybe too hot? There's some knowledge guys here, that are always willing to help. We all want to see you succeed.

I feel you...seedlings are a pain in the ass.
I've got my fingers crossed for you that this next one makes it. |

Thanks for the good vibes all. I got another CT above ground but no pics until it's well established can't risk the jinx.
I started another couple seeds too. They'll be starting out in the 2x2x4 veg tent under 300 watts of CFL 6500k light. I use a soil mix that is made up of earth worm castings, keep meal, a little guano, sand to soil, peat and lots of perlite.

Got a few decent Choc. Trip seedlings going now and I started a couple more Mountain Temple.
Choc. Trip 1 Tried out a clear cup for this one to check out the roots. Got a little algae growing. Roots Choc. Trip 2 Probably won't flower these until October. I'm finishing up everything I have flowering now and nuking the tent to try and get rid of some mites that are lingering.

My new mantra aside from using Microbe Lift BMC for fungus gnats is to look into predator mites. If you are having persistent problems with them that the nuke bombs can't take care of then give them a try. They have helped me out a lot recently and I will continue to advocate for them. The seedlings are looking good. |
