2400w Scrog Grow

Today is day 12, since switching the timer back to 12/12, They are looking good, I want to take some plant tissue samples and soil samples for testing. See what the brix lv's are at and plant sap ph as well as the soil breakdown.

The BLUE OG & ChemDxCaseyJones that are trained under the scrog screens are much more manageable then those that I left all natural. I wanted to get a idea of their natural structure and growth patterns so I left one side untrained and the other side I trained. I think I am already regretting not just training both sides.

I will be running some Bubba Kush and Gorilla Glue #4 next round, one side glue one side bubba. The progression and growth rates have maintained the pace, now for day 12 12/12 photo's.

I am really impressed by the fullness of your room. You are keeping the lamps pretty close to the canopy I see. As they stretch you can move up your lamps and have allowed room for this?

Hope you don't mind a couple questions. I've been keeping my lamps in a fixed position near the roof. I have a 9'X9' flower tent with four 600's in there myself. I only run all lamps in winter and I am preparing to try to get some decent production this winter.

Yeah I try to keep them as close as I can without burning or bleaching them, I flipped thinking I would have enough headroom but I am out of headroom if they stretch any further I will have no choice but to bend them over and tie them down. I have a 15k btu ac that seems to very easily handle the heat from these lights. I have it set on economy mode it kicks off for decent lengths in between cycles.

I've gathered some new additions for the garden, The strain list is growing, sure to be some exciting harvest coming. I'm just getting back up and running so I am currently seeking out the perfect connoisseur line up. I want super tasty and utter potency, I could care less about the weight. Quality over Quantity in my garden.

The photo's from day 14 12/12, I regret not training the blue og and chemdxcaseyjones on the left side because they have gotten way taller then I want them. The next round as well as the new additions are all in cups.

Day 16 flower I decided to take a few more pics, these blue og are not hesitating to throw flowers and start frosting. They are quite quick to transition into bloom, The deathstar and ChemdxCaseyJones are starting to flower now.

I'm subbed up. Quality over quantity? Not common around here.

Glad to see another organic soil grow.

If you have not looked into it already you might find the gas lamp routine interesting and useful. I have found it helpful as it keeps plants from stretching much when they transition into flower.

Plants and room look good. Sounds like a very good start to your strain/cultivar collection.

I think the scrog training managed them pretty well, however the side I left all natural would have benefit from halting the stretch a bit.

Here is the right side that was trained with the scrog screens.

Thanks I could have done another round of tying on them during the flip to create more tops but I got a reasonable amount and as long as they all fill in good I should be looking good at the end.

This blue og has a really blue smell coming from it not much og there but as it matures It may change.

Day 26 12/12 photo's, It's starting to smell nice in the room, I can't seem to get the entire canopy of either side in a single photo, Not possible with the layout and space available.

On track for what should be a fairly good run. This is my first grow in several years, and I was anxious to get it going. Only gonna get better from here on out.

Quick update, These are from week 7, I will be running things a bit differently on the next run, This run there was 8 plants in 5 gallon pots on the right side scrog trained. The left side was 9 plants in 5 gallon pots left all natural no training.

The next run, I am gonna go with 7.5 gallon rubbermaid style totes and I will be putting 2 plants per tote with 1 screen per tote will train both plants into one screen.

I will be doing 16 Gorilla Glue #4 on the right side, and on the left side I will have 4 bubba kush, 2 motor breath, 1 girl scout cookie, 1 fire og, 1 sour dubb, 5 chemdxcasey and 2 blue og.

I will train both sides this time and with 2 plants on each screen they should fill in much nicer. The blue OG smells very nice some blueberry muffin for sure :tiphat:
