Questions about Skunk IBL

hey bub whats up? i just got a pack of your skunk ibls and was just wondering if you had any details on the strain. we already covered the smell and taste part in the other thread when we were all asking about the "roadkill' thing.

How is the yield? calyx to leaf ratio? does it like alot of nutes/water? flowering time? is there different phenotypes? anything you can answer is cool, anything extra you think i should know? do you have any pics?

i just want a good start on these, any info you could provide would be appriciated since there isn't much info i can find on these....thanks man, take care....peace

Get them beans germing Time2unite, I can't wait to see this report. I am trying to save up the cash to get these beans for a good friend. I'd love to do a medical grow report on this strain. ;-)

yeah i will soon, temps are too high for me right now so i have to install my fan and filter yet in the closet....i'm just gonna do a small test grow first to select my mom and dad because i have a good feeling this strain is probably a keeper, down the road i'll go bigger with it but i just want to do a small one first to select parents. but i will be doing a thread on it in the closet as it progresses, so i will still be giving reports on taste, smell, yield, and potency.

new strain for me so i was just wondering if bub could give any pointers to make the learning curve easier....i want it to go smooth. i'm sure i could handle it just fine on my own but a few pointers from the breeder can't hurt any.....peace

High bro!

Skunk likes medium /+ feeding in Veg. she responds well to topping/pruning, and clones well. she is uniformly branchy by structure.
In bloom she likes strong feedings, but Ive learned she takes them best when she wants them a lil more, so space feedings a little.

Lots of root room is good, aswell as loose well airated soil/medium .she preforms best overall, outdoors.. as does about all cannabis.. Indoors she is a strong room filler, especially topped. of course the longer she can veg the more robust she will be.
Yeild is med/High. once you get the feel for her you can really work this strain!
She will tollerates high heat and light, lack of water pretty impressivly.. but she does not preferr extremes!

Spidermites like her.. but she is not easily botherd by them..

I like to veg them for 60+ days indoors and a bloom of about 60-65 days. some folks like them a lil longer, or earlier, but imo 60-65 and you will get that punchy skunk smoke, thats how I like it. youll see..

theres only 2 phenotypes in this line now.. the Primary Pheno, and a Slight Indica pheno. with the Indica pheno occuring at about 4/100, the primary pheno is Dominant and Uniform of this line..

I have a pic of the Ind pheno bloomin OD last season, and a few of the primary pheno in veg indoors, Ill dig them up here in a bit.
Ive got breedstock in the gardens this season, so Ill be shure to snap some pics in bloom.

I too look foreward to yer grow!
I think soon, this forum will be flooded with skunk grows!lol!

Peace, bub.

thanks alot bub, thats what i wanted to know and more! sounds really good and what i expected, hopefully i get an indica pheno just so i can compare the two, have you noticed a difference in flower time, yield, smell, growth structure, and leaf size between the 2 phenos? this is the most stoked i've been about trying out a strain for a long time, i hope she does me good.....peace

Bub, you're makin my strain decisions hard here. A real skunkity skunk would be quite a treat. For sure high on my list for next season. I may have to just get em all.
