His reasoning behind this is that he offered to sell my sister a bag of herb the same day that the investigation on him started. Back in like febuary a package of clones coming from him to me was intercepted by the US Postal devision of major crimes. They came looking for me and I returned their call and they asked permission to open the contents which I granted them and they said that they were going to destroy the contents and to not do it againe. At the time of the delivery there was no one at home to sign for it or for them to entrap someone by getting a sig or confirmation of known contents. I called MrD and told him what had happened and he said that he tore down his grow and all of that, at that time I pulled down my grow and moved as well. After that I was not in contact with MrDank untill about 2 - 3 weeks ago when he called me one morning and told me that my sister was a police informer. Keep in mind that the package was sent after MrDank was already under unvestigation. WE talked for 20 minutes of him accussing either my sister or myself of being a police informer. He wanted my sister to go take a polygraph test at a private investigators office, but did'nt have the money to pay for it. I offered to send her to money to go take the polygraph as to aviod any uneeded conflicts. He said that either she was an informer or I was. He was going to his court hearing in something liike 4 days from the time I talked to him and my sister was visiting here with our parents and when I told him that he simply said that was convinient and hung up on me. I called him back and left hima message telling him that I would be more than happy to scrape together the money for a polygraph for both my sister and myself in our home town if his lawyer could set on up witha private investigator, which would'nt have been hard since it is a fairly arge city in which I live. He never called me back and that was the last I heard form him, until now when I go to chat and folks are asking me if it's true and link me to the above thread. He said that he had just moved to the area and that he did'nt deal with anyone there at all except his trusted friends and that it had to have been my sister. Granted, the coincidences of the dates would more than likely lead me to the same conclusion, however it is absurd for him to believe that not only am I a police informer, but after all the years of my buisness, the he was the only guy who I was out to get. I traded stuff with alot of folks have have been to alot of users homes and met their famillies, if I was really out to get everyone I sure wopuld not have singles out a single individual. If what he says to be true was I'm sure there would have been alot more shit going down than just this one particular guy getting nabbed. I am not a police informer nor is my sister. I do not work for any local state or national agencies in any way shape or form. I would like to believe that most folks who know me would know that never under any circumstances would I ever rat on someone. Everyone is responsible for what they do and the decissions that they make, I would never rat someone out to lighten the load on myself. I do understand that he is upset and jumping to conclusions that probably feel accurate, however the simple fact of the matter is that his end conclussion is wrong. Bottom line I did not set him up nor would I ever set anyone up. I should be the one pissed off that he had the feds following a package of clones that he sent me, not him accussing the wrong person of being a rat. I don;t really care he can destroy my up until now golden reputation on the boards, I don;t really care. The only thing I even have going on anymore is a my mothers stashed with friends, I don;t even have a grow going on anymore. I don't even have a working computor or comp access more than every 2 weeks or so. So I guess I said all I need to say, believe who you want, but bottom line is that I would never ever rat on anyone.

i wouldnt worry about that fool dude. you could have ratted me out too about my other magic grows and i never seen any cops at my door.

....Yeah.....best kept off the boards.......I think that they have both said their piece......and obviously feel the need to do so.......but I can't see that keeping the thread open will really help things....best take it to P.M.'s if needs be to sort it out...
