no worries,,, medicinal.,,, altho I still try and hide shit...rippers and robbers everywhere....yeehaw...people talk...I smoke wherever I want in my pad!!!!!!..I gave up everything to move to cali for medicinal and plan on enjoying it..its real expensive where I am at...

I was building a new room(I had 2 flower, and 1 veg already)and I was literally hanging the lights when I heard someone yell, so I came out of the room(which was a shop on the back of my house) It was a cable company technician. He said that my house was putting off a crazy frequency that was disrupting the entire area.

I shit a couple of bricks, and we tried to figure things out. Come to find out there were old lines that got cut that was sending the frequency. Luckily it wasn't my ballasts, especially since I was in the Southern US where what I was doing was frowned upon slightly.

Oh the good ol' days.

They put stickers on my container telling me they need better access to the meter.
Kinda tight for space, so I put the planter on a dolly. Not like it was really in the way to start with, but ....

Once the meter man came and took a reading and I was outside at the time and was just making small talk. When he read the meter and seen it spinning ultra fast he said "damn what do you got a nuclear power plant in the house". I told him straight up I was cultivating cannabis. He didn't care at all, just laughed and said something like ahh makes sense.

Once I even had some police at the housetalking to my g/f and. I was in the main grow room/areawith my headphones on, and didn't realize they were there, right directly in front of the door leading to my grow rooms. I came out to get something and there they were like a foot away from my face, staring down in the basement with my HPS orange lights blasting out, and at the time I had no carbon filters or anything. They didn't say a word, when I know for sure they know what was up. they just don't care and it's just a waste of their time to worry about marijuana grows.
I live in a state where it's 100% legal; medicinal and recreational.

My neighboor across the street is a retired hydro-electric co. worker used to go around reading meters lol, he also went to school with my father and uncle's... My uncle who is now deceased used to grow in the apt building he lived in,he resided downstairs and also rented the upstairs, he was buddies with the owner who lived in florida, upstairs was a small 1 bedroom, living room and kitchen a 3-1/2 room completely filled with 400 w hps lamps over 8000 w for sure and I asked him once aren't you afraid you'll get reported by tbe meter guy? He answered not really, cause I'm buddies with the meter guy went to school with him lol. A few weeks ago I was working night shift rearranging one of my rooms and just outside me house next to the neighbouring property there's a bicycle trail which tbe local idiot's use to ride atvs and ski doos... So cops keep an eye lots of local pedestrians complain about illegal motorists. Cops where parked about 20 feet away from a grow, but they where looking for somebody who stole an atv and used the trail to get away..My gf saw them and told me they we're parked there at midnight for a good while, I got that ugly feeling in my stomach and felt a wave of paranoia coming on...then she tells me the reason they we're actually trying to catch an atv jacker !!! She found out from Facebook what had happened the night before... Think they know they we're that close to a grow

ha down here in oz they have a front door key to let themselves in. if door not to be opened with said key, they have a devise that reads from outside the door. no probs here.

Yeah up here all the house meters are outside so they just walk over to your property, in some of the bigger apt complex the meters are inside a locked room, but they usually have access. And with smart meters you rarely see them going around anymore. There more concerned about theft then energy guzzlers who pay without complaining..
