ive bought some Osram 23watt at Lighting Warehouse in pta before, so im sure the jhb branches can get it aswell.. and like malkop_zolkop said Builder's warehouse is another good option. and if they dont have it in stock they will order it...

I can't tell you off the top of my head. I am not at home.
CFLs are getting easier and easier to source. I recall seeing them in Pick 'n Pay too... But they don't update stock all that often so you may find, or may not.

Pick 'n Pocket only sell low wattage though.. 11 - 15 watts.

have a look in the yellow pages for wholesale lighting and electrical places. i got this 85w daylight cfl but i don't think they come in warm white.

I think I picked up a 23W CFL in builders warehouse, Spar carries the 20W warm white CFL's.
