Tyneheadtom, you sir are a wizard with the salmon! The elk steak pastrami sounds goddamn awesome! We will be needing pics and details on that one!

Spacetoker, yes the garbage plate is the most unhealthy thing I eat. I used to get one once a month and have cut back to twice a year now. If you are having some cocktails and a smoke, these babies fit right in, the meat hot sauce is out of this world, cumin..etc.

I don't think that will be a problem, if it's properly packaged and labelled.....but then again I'm watching some Australian Customs TV program and all sorts of people are having difficulties bringing in various foods, so it's best to check first.
