thc on vegetative clones? (law hypothetical)
hi,
lets say hypothetically that the us fed decides to legalize commercial hemp and decriminalize cannabis cultivation to a degree. hypothetically, they include a clause for cannabis cultivation to include only 'drug producing' plants, and define cannabis as a drug only when thc exceeds 0.3% by weight plant count thresholds are also increased to say 3000 before serving any prison time my question is do vegetative clones contain any thc? if not, or below that weight threshold, would holding a stock of only 2000 vegetative clones then be exempt from prison time under this hypothetical? or is there some other article in the law that prevents this scenario from being a legal reality, despite these hypothetical provisions? note, only holding/growing the vegetative stock as is. no sales. something akin to a tissue culture bank. |

You’ve been smoking the devil’s lettuce again, haven’t you?

if this environment wasn't trivial to say the least, jaded at worst, confounding at best, would certainly be doing so unabated
