Vinotinto y Siguaraya...Landraces de Venezuela

Saludos foreros...

For the non-spanish speakers: this guys received some support in order to run an outdoor big grow-op with some rare venezuelan landraces the guy was able to acquire.

They are trying to preserve and document this two old local lines atm, known as Vino tinto ("red wine") and Ziraguaya. Probably the red line has some similarities with other red lines also found along neighbour countries like Colombia, Panama and so on. I'm really curious on the project, there is a huge diversity of Cannabis landraces in South America. There's life out from Colombia, México and Panama lol.

A friend grew some peruvian seeds we found in Spain a few years ago as well, known as Peruvian Amazonia. Plants looked a bit like hybrids and had beautiful pink hairs:

Peruvian Amazonia, grown by blankflor:

Saludos.

Hola

---------------------------------
Venezuelan

There was some fine Venezuelan herb available briefly in the mid-1970’s for between $50 to $70 an ounce. It was sort of like the better commercial Colombian or Mexican of the day, but it was a bright yellowish color and not as tightly bricked, making the buds fluffier than most other bricked shipments.

The smoke was sweet, then spicy on the exhale ? evidence of a good cure. The head was also a bit more pleasant than the more commercial varieties.

Unfortunately, I was never able to grow any of the many seeds available from the Venezuelan. I remain curious as to how they would fare both indoor and out.
Según comenta son bastante buenas

Un saludo

This is BS...

There's no "landrace" called Vinotinto, LOL!

Vinotinto is the very recent name given to the shittiest football team in all South America aka Venezuelan football team.

Back in overgrow only DelMonte had a Venezuelan line and he thought it was taken to Venezuela from Colombia in the late 60s. That line doesn't exist anymore.

Finding Heroin and Cocaine is easier and cheaper than finding hetb in Venezuela, specially now.

Venezuela propably has the least amount of tokers in all South America anyways...

Oh and btw, Siguaraya is the name of a tree, sacred to Cubans, not Venezuelans...

This shit is ridiculous.

Vinotinto if the nickname given to the football team, as it is " red " in Chile and " canarinha " In Brazil , it is true , that I found strain had no name and was I who proposed to place that name, effectively in honor of my selecionado of futbol.Como also I could still call " Creole marijuana " as he nicknamed Turimiquire could also landrace , Venezuelan landrace or the name you wanted people who cultivates certainly makes for over thirty years , seeds coming from Colombia .... surely as all clear
What the Siguaraya , not mean, just received information of an elderly man , who had aoproximadamente 1500 siguaraya alleged plant , brought from the west of the country , according to is cultivated there for more than 28 years.
Believe it or not ... is your bro desicion .

Pregunto...
