Thanks, mate!
The Jarilla and Peyote Purple handled very well the cold mornings. Yesterday (the 28th of April) I trasplanted G2 and J3 outdoors in the shrubs. Yes, J3, which I kept hoping to get some pollen from by flowering it indoors. But it is now showing only female preflowers, very small ones, without pistils, but all looking female. This plant still smells the best of all, and I decided, male or female, to give it a chance outdoors. Peyote Purple Jarilla J4 And its leaves chewed on by these small pesky black bugs that I have every year and which seem to like a lot the Mexican dish this year. They received a pyrethroid spray for dessert. J3

Thanks, man! Good luck to you too in your 2016 endeavors!
![]() A quick update after several rainy days. The plants haven't progressed much. I hope at least they are making roots in the wet soil. Jarilla: J4 J3

J5, which is growing in a friend's room on a window, is having its top bursting with male flowers, as if flowering, despite having female preflowers lower on the stem. Otherwise it looks healthy and happy. Maybe it got stressed too much by the combo transplanting + topping + several dark days (rains outside). We removed the upper part of the plant... let's see if the lower part will stay female.

Jarilla
This plant smells quite strongly, I don't even have to stick my nose into its top. Skunky, sour. Its top has switched to another gear compared to the bottom part and branches. Well-fed it is, slightly lushy: The bottom part of the plant is attacked by the same small black bugs that seem to like it a lot. None of the other plants is suffering, at least not to such visible extent:

Jarilla #3
Guatemala Peyote Purple It is running up for the light and the initial branches are not making it in the shadows. 4 of them were removed and gifted to friends for clones.

After another rainy week...
Jarilla #4 Preflowers with pistils everywhere... nice to see this after seeing how Jarilla #5 hermied strongly at my friend's window and was culled by him. This is a photo of the same leaf as last week's same-looking photo. Huge hybrid fan leaves these are.
