semi -organic or fluid oz to metrics

This organic stuff works, I had been considering making the switch. This will be my first grow with organics and I must say I am impressed. Although I have a botany and agriculture background this is new to me. My harvest seems have doubled . If I don't have a problem with some airbud or the quality is messed up. To you growers that doubt this try it you will be impressed also. I started out with green sand, bone meal, blood meal, soil, limestone, pertilite and some neptunes harvest. This is not totally organic but I am trying. The blood meal concerns me, so I need a good scource of N that I can add to the soil. I have no access to fancy things. I had to have the neptunes harvest ( fish and kelp) shipped. I also need to get a conversion chart for liquid oz. to millilitres. Any of you that are thinking of organics.......if you don't you'll never know. Pax all

Why does the bloodmeal concern you?
It's a widely availble, cheap, and effective source of nutes?
If you really have qualms with it then use batguano, as a soil ammendment it is the only other thing I can think of that will provide enough nutes.
