The #1 pheno has cured to taste less Haze-Dom. It's there, but sweet, piney, almost kushy has taken over. (the afghan in there, I guess). It's a joy. Still no incense in the air - The Haze effect - from either phenotype. (My Triple D has that, oddly enough - due to the Strawberry Diesel dominance of the cutting --- which in itself is Strawberry Cough Dominant and shows its' NL5 x Haze, as much as the Sour Diesel)
I have tonzo clones of the NL5Haze#1 (a custo flaked on a clone purchase, typical - should have got a deposit). - Started one medium-full size plant, now at day 18 of flower - it did not stretch TOOO bad. Quite a bit, though.... And it may not be done. Seemed to stretch til 22 days +/- last run. I note a Nute Taste. Makes sense that the Sativa got more N than it needed. While feeding the same nute mix I used for the Triple D, which can take more. I'll lower the feed at the last 3 weeks on the new runs - which will be primarily this cut until my Relentless seeds show their stuff.. Will start a new bunch of smaller NL5Haze#1 plants presently in a different space, smaller works better. 18" worth of plant becomes almost 5 feet....! Welcome to Hazeland. |

Patient still wants 36 NL5Haze clones, tomorrow. Good. Only running on 50% flowering until next week, due to a heat wave, and numerous other chores. The found "boost" is welcome when the weather turns hot here.
There were much more new clones than 36 in the two full trays in rockwool plugs. After He got His, I still have a full tray of nice new clones. Several other starts, rooted a couple weeks ago in the cloning machine, are ready to go into flower, as a SOG. And I always keep the A-Team clones for myself. Gotta catch up after a double room harvest, the attendant cleanup, and the soon-to-come hashmaking. One room sits fallow. Triple Diesel is in the Doghouse after this run, due to some finickiness in the cut I have not seen previously. My Outbuilding is not the greatest. Needs improvement. |

Can't say enough about the NL5Haze. Obviously. :/.......
I am simply a spectator. Curing with the woody flavour/Saldalwood coming back. Sweet NL taste taking a back seat now. |

Got an amazing Pineapple dank haze pheno. Stretches like mad, but lovely. Took a half an oz earlies for the head, and to test - at 62 days. VERY good. Then took 4 plants out of 16 at 68. Left the biggest ones, and those that needed a few more days. Super Impressed. Can;t stop smelling the buds, before I take a hit. Then taking the hit.
No incense leftover in the air. No paranoia. No ceiling. Not easy to grow, and manifests 2 distinct harvest windows, like some Sativas do. I may need to go to 11 hours lights on to finish em. |
