What ever happened to the second 25 mile rule lawsuit that Billy Hayes filed?
I'm sure you all remember that Arizona cannabis activist Billy Hayes filed a second lawsuit claiming the 25 mile rule to be unconstitutional because of the equal protection act. Does anybody know if this lawsuit is still tied up in court? Or if it got dismissed. I would contact Billy directly but it says on his FB page he's going to be serving some time in prison.

It was still pointless.. Taken it from bird flying to driving.. It should have never been in the law to begin with.. It wouldn't have changed the vote..
