Stardawg IX
Just wanted to document my experience running some newer Top dawg seeds genetics. I'm not one to get all worked up over strains but I am extremely excited to run these. IMO stardawg is one of the greatest strain ever created it has more known keeper cuts than I can even name plus you have people like Greenpoint seeds starting up their own seed co basically using a stud stardawg male from top dawg seeds, now I won't anything negative about green[oint but I wouldn't have done some of the things he did but that's just me. Anyways I'll take pictures and document from time to time mostly to help me keep track myself with out using a calendar and also show others what to expect from them.
Sorry about the upside down pic it doesn't look like that when I upload but since theirs nothing important ill leave it

Pulling up a chair.
![]() Just scored a pack of these myself. For many of us, it's the year of Top Dawg. Should be awesome. Good luck with your grow! |

HYF, Thanks for the kind words I'll keep an eye out for when you pop your stardawgs.
MJp, sorry to hear you didn't score any of the SDIX but I'm sure you have plenty of gold in those other TDS your collecting. If it makes you feel better I didn't score any of the 91 crosses I was hoping to also get. GSP, thanks me too! So like I mentioned I wont fill this thread up with a bunch of nonsense and meaningless pics especially during the beginning stages but I do want to throw up pics of things other growers may be interested with these seeds such as germ rates. So I put 11 seeds into a cup of water on Saturday night then placed them into paper towels and a Tupperware container and place on top of my cable box Sunday night and 24 hours later (Monday night) 9 of 11 seeds popped. I'll keep checking on the other 2 seed left every 12 hours. No fancy methods here just old school techniques ![]()

Sweet!! Psyched to see another thread here from you Otto. These should be killer. You can't go wrong man. I don't know which I'd be more excited to find.A keeper male or female.Hell you'll probably get a couple of both.I think I am as excited as you are.
I'm germing a bunch of stuff this week too. The weather is beautiful..Life is good

Rasp, thanks bud should be fun.
Buddle, its been a while since I've done a thread/journal beginning to end hope to make you proud! HYF, sorry to hear the bad news it almost makes me not even want to put at this pic I just uploaded. Hope everything safety wise is ok for you though. So 36 hours later 1 of the last two seeds did cracked so 10 out of a 11 germ rate. Overall 8 out of 10 seeds are popping their heads out after being transplanted in coco 48 hours ago and I have complete confidence the other two will soon follow. Also scored a present today from the same buddy who hooked me up with these stardawg IX gave me a pack of stardawg 91 .......I'll probably pop them once the stardawgs IX go into flower and start a separate thread for them.
