Motana, one step forward three back!
So the montana Supreme Court made a ruling yesterday that will in effect put dispensaries out of business. The law passed in 2004 said there was no limit on the patients a caregiver could have. Legislators made amendments to that law that limited caregivers to 3 patients. A district judge shot down that amendment to allow caregivers to have unlimited patients until yesterday. Also part of the new ruling states that doctors that give 25 or more medical MJ recommendations will be investigated! What legislators and judges don't realize is the black market is going to thrive with this ruling! Time to get rid of conservative views and move into the future! Many states are moving forward, not Montana! What a bummer!
