a few dudes i know got pulled over/ busted in Kansas with between 10-20lbs in their car. charges are marijuana distribution/drug paraphernalia. kansas has the tax stamp law to, so that might be a added charge later.

both have no criminal records...are bonded out...and have good lawyers.

just wondering if you all think they will serve jail time/get convicted of a felony?

also, on NORML kansas says a possible max fine of 300k for this crime. whats the realistic fine amount they will be looking at? like 20 g's each?

not really good friends of mine, but just curious on what you guys think.
