So today a federal judge ruled it unconstitutional to prevent people under MMPR from growing, and now is giving the Liberal government 6 months to create new laws. Read more: https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/britis...ling-1.3461694

No this is NOT being lifted as of today, and does not make recreational growing legal.

What are your thoughts on all of this? Is this a step in the right direction? Is this a way for the Liberals, and JT to prove their loyalty to correcting our MMJ laws? Are you looking forward to the possibility of growing your own, once you're fully allowed to? Also, how do you think this will influence the blackmarket, will it bring down prices, as there may be those few (or many) MMPR holders that sell on the blackmarket for profit?
