has anyone else here seen the brimingham cannabis club page on facebook lately.. big buddah seeds are threatening to sue the club for use of the word 'cheese' in the clubs own seeds, is this possible to do as im sure about 80% of all banks carry a cheese of some kind now , check this letter out.

I saw a post on another forum saying hes trying to copyright or trademark the name 'Cheese' or something along those lines so hes the only one able to sell seeds with the name 'Cheese'.

All ive got to say is fuck him! Ive never bought any of his fake cheese seeds and never plan to and i strongly advise anyone looking for cheese seeds to look elsewhere. Anyone thinking about buying any of his fake cheese seeds is wasting their time, go support proper breeders who are putting the work in and not this money grabbing arsehole.
