I believe within a few years grow home grows will be gone. It's getting harder and harder to get recommendations for higher plant counts, and they are making more, and more rules. The dispensaries have a huge amount of power now with paying Billions in $TAXES$, and caregivers and home grows are a thorn in their sides.

It is difficult to get $TAX MONEY$ form home grows so they will work to slowly eliminate the home grower.

It seems all new legalization revolves around Tax $$$$$$ and new legal states are making it harder and harder on people growing at home.

I was once told this could never ever happen!
What do you think?

Once the people are allowed to start growing they aren't going to stop. Making it illegal will only make growers criminals again, only there are going to be a lot more of them. Would be kind of pointless.

While it IS written into the states Constitution as a matter of Right...
AND...
Coloradans also made it way more difficult to change the Constitution shortly thereafter.
I voted first, that it is written into the Constitution...

However, since I've been watching this legalization of cannabis bullshit going on over the last decade or so, I can see very clearly that the powers that be desire absolute control over this plant similar to what has been done with Papavir somniferum. So I voted that CO will be the last to go down.

CA is done. Their game ended with prop 64!

Quite simply, though...
If the powers that be can gain control over what an individual may or may not consume as their medicine, their food supply will follow shortly thereafter.

This is not about cannabis at all!
That's only a facade!

Most USA citizens act like carpet...
They just lay there like there's nothing worth standing up for.

I do not see how they can stop us who grow for ourselves. Just too many fucking people doing this now. Larger grows, I don't know, but they don't have the resources to go door to door. I'll never stop.

It will be extremely difficult to stuff this cat back into the bag.
We all remember how to stealth a grow, yah?

I expected Hawaii to curtail homegrowing once they got the dispensaries up and running.
Quite the contrary.
The state just recently, and very quietly, increased our plant count to 10 plants per patient, and 5 patients per grow site. Each plant must have a label attached with rec. number and expiration date.

It was at 7 plants and 2 patients per site, so I call it a move in the right direction.

Aloha,
Weeze

Like the man said, people can always stealth a grow.

Heck, I have one stealth grow this year, for fun - and I guess to test my deer-fence skills.
