I wonder what if I legally buy a 1/8th oz of seeded weed here at a dispensary (which I have done) and there are more than 10 seeds in it (I counted about 40 in the last 1/8th)!

OMG! I was OVER THE SEED LIMIT! Should I plant 30 of them so I only have 10 left? Or should I call my lawyer?

I totally agree. It took every cent I had to move to Colorado and build a proper garden. I had a 99 plant count, that was perfect for my needs. Now I got 75, I hope I have enough for my hash and edibles and flower needs. The laws make it hard to get a job, due to piss tests and prior felony growing charges. I moved to stay legal, but my prior civil disobedience coupled with cannabis based discrimination, has me thinking of leaving this beautiful state.
My cannabis is totally organic, not sprayed with poison like all the dispensary crap out here. If it is legal, I guess it has to be unsafe.

I live in Nevada we have the 25 mile law. I have never heard of a conviction. Seems unconstitutional as law would have to apply to everyone in the state. Equal protection under the law. Has anyone heard of any convictions or enforcement. I don't see warents being generated to bust into people's homes for something that is legal. I would look forward to my day in court. The law is better than no law at all. Chill

The expectation, by law enforcement, of being able to grow trees in CO like in SoCal is ridiculous.
I gotta agree, I grow indoors, I grow smaller plants that I can easily manage as a med patient. They yield a lot less than big trees. If your getting 5 a plant, sure you should be regulated. But if you have smaller plants that yield around 2 or 3 ounces, why shouldn't you be allowed the same yield as 12 plants 5 pounds per plant?

Ya, plant limits by count sucks. I can grow 4 x 12 inch rec plants, or 4 x 12 foot rec plants. Medical here I can grow 6 plants, and as many clones as I want. They rarely bust personal grows here. One idiot in Beaverton or Hillsboro had 50 plants growing in plain sight and he got busted. But I have not heard of anyone busted for small grows.

It's their way of trying to knock the legalization back into the dirt and to clear the way for corporate greed to take over and ruin everything it touches.

Been proven time and time again, ...
