are you sure about Orgeon? In Mass. the general rule is only 10 ounces are allowed at the house. But there's a clause that says if you grow the herb yourself you have unlimited possession. So in effect you can have up to 10 ounces of store-bought weed and unlimited home-grown at your house. You might want to check the OR law to see if it includes that extra clause. The media usually overlooks it and says Mass. has a 10 ounce limit.

That's a lot of rso, i make some for a cancer patient, takes a lot of weed, but not that much. Plus, here in AZ, you grow some monsters, only keep your 12,(assuming you live more than 25 miles from a disp, or have patients that do), that's great, but technically you break the law as soon as you harvest.
Our rec bill that got shot down in Nov would have made solvent extractions a felony, so NO RSO could be made at home.

My experience with dispensaries is that they have Excellent smoke. I've been to a dozen or so and all good, except for a PM taste on some of them.

Yes, I am quite sure about the Oregon possession laws. These are the personal recreational weed possession limits in Oregon outside of your home:

A:The personal possession limits are:

• One ounce of usable marijuana;
• 16 ounces of a cannabinoid product in solid form;
• 72 ounces of a cannabinoid product in liquid form;
• One ounce of cannabinoid extracts or concentrates, whether sold alone or contained in an inhalant delivery system;
• Four immature marijuana plants; and
• Ten marijuana seeds.
  

Inside your home the possession limits are the same, except the usable marijuana limit is 8 ounces and the marijuana plants can be of any size as long as they are out of sight of public view. With an OMMP medical card the limits are different.

I do not know if the Oregon Seed Limit is still around after Senate Bill 302 was passed recently. It is not law yet... but it reduces the violations for exceeding certain other limits. For example, in SB 302 reduces the penalty of having up to 2x the legal limit of weed possession on and off your property, to a Class B 'violation'. So we will be able to have 2 ounces on our person in public or up to a pound at home and it will not be a misdemeanor, just a ticket. But it increases the violation for having over a pound of weed in a public place to a felony. Also having over 12 plants growing w/o OMMP cards or a grow license is now a felony. Its a numbers game.
